Steel Plate Cutting & Forming

CNC laser/flame cutting of Q355B steel plates, followed by precision press brake bending and forming to exact dimensions. We also work from your 3D CAD files or sample specifications.

Welding & Steel Sand Filling

MIG/MAG welding of formed Q355B steel plates into a sealed box structure. Interior is filled with compacted steel sand to achieve the specified counterweight mass. Welds are inspected for structural integrity.

CNC Machining

Multi-axis CNC machining centers ensure precise mounting hole positions, flatness, and surface finish to your tolerance requirements.

Surface Treatment

Shot blasting, epoxy primer, PU topcoat, and custom color matching. Corrosion-resistant finishes for humid or marine environments.

Quality Inspection

Every counterweight is checked for weight tolerance (±1%), dimensional accuracy, material composition (spectrometer), and surface defects.

Packaging & Shipping

Export-grade wooden pallets/crates with rust protection. We handle FCL/LCL, FOB/CIF terms, and all export documentation.
