What do you need from us to quote a fabricated part?

Send a drawing (PDF/DWG/DXF) or a 3D model (STEP/IGES/SolidWorks). If you have neither, a physical sample or clear photos with key dimensions work too. Our engineers review your files and reply within 24 hours.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

MOQ is 1 unit for a prototype or sample, with flexible production quantities for batch orders.

Can you fabricate from a physical sample instead of a drawing?

Yes. We can reverse-engineer a part from a physical sample or from clear photos with measurements. Send us whatever you have and our engineers will take it from there.

What materials and surface finishes do you work with?

Standard material is Q355B (S355JR) steel plate, with other steel grades available upon request. Standard finish is shot blasting + epoxy primer + PU topcoat in custom RAL colors. Powder coating, zinc plating and hot-dip galvanizing are also available.

What quality documents come with the parts?

Each order includes a material certificate per GB/T 1591 Q355B, a dimensional inspection report, a packing list and a certificate of origin. Non-destructive testing (NDT) is available on request.
