It is our standard counterweight for 3 t and 3.5 t forklifts, both internal combustion and converted-electric. Standard weight is 1,650 – 2,100 kg. If your truck falls outside that range, send us the model and we will confirm what fits.
It is a cast-shell composite. The outer shell is cast in QT400 ductile iron, which gives the counterweight its finished shape and its mounting points, and a composite core carries the balance of the weight. Because less iron is poured than in a solid casting of the same mass, the part costs less, while the external geometry and the bolt pattern stay exactly as drawn.
±1% of the specified weight. Every unit is weighed on a calibrated scale and a weight certificate is provided with the shipment.
Yes. MOQ is 1 unit for samples and 10+ units for production batches. Sample lead time is 45 days depending on casting and customization.
Yes. We can reverse-engineer counterweights from a physical sample or from clear photos with measurements. Send us whatever you have and our engineers will take it from there.
Counterweights are packed on export-grade wooden pallets with rust-preventive coating. We ship FCL/LCL with FOB/CIF terms and prepare the full export documentation package (packing list, inspection report, certificate of origin).
