Which IC forklift brands do you make counterweights for?

We regularly produce counterweights for Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Doosan, Clark, Hangcha, Heli, TCM, Nissan and other brands. If your model is not listed, send us the brand & model or a drawing and we will confirm fitment.

Why welded steel with steel sand instead of solid steel?

The welded box construction filled with compacted steel sand achieves the exact required weight at a lower material cost than a solid steel block, while keeping the counterweight structurally strong. It is the standard construction for large counterweights.

Can I order a single sample first?

Yes. MOQ is 1 unit for samples and 5+ units for production batches. Sample lead time is 20–35 days depending on complexity.

Can you integrate exhaust clearances or tow pins?

Yes. We routinely machine exhaust clearances, tow pin bosses, and other features into the counterweight per the forklift model or your drawing.

What surface finish do you offer?

Standard finish is shot blasting + anti-rust primer + high-durability enamel paint. Custom RAL colors and logos are available on request.
